Fitness/Cross country

For our fitness we had to run around the whole block. Today I did better that how I did before because before I stop like 3, 4 time but the second time I try it I stop once. What I notice from my fitness it that I'm getting fitter and fitter.

What I like about running around the block is that is making me feel better and better at running. What I found hard about my running today is that I try to not stop but I always end up stopping.

My next steps is to make sure that I achieve my goal by not stopping when I'm am running. What I also find out is that make sure you don't eat to much before you run.
