Fitness lesson

IALT: do a reflection about what I did for fitness.

For fitness all of the yr7 and 8 got to run around the whole field under 3 minute and 20 second. After our run around the field then we got split up into 3 groups. One group has to do pushups and situps under two minute. The reason why I like fitness is because it makes me fit and also it make me feel strong. My next step for Fitness is that I eat the right food for my body.
